Connection Issues
Cannot Connect to Platform

WebRTC Connection Fails
Cannot establish remote desktop connection
Possible Solutions:
- Ensure your browser supports WebRTC (Chrome, Firefox, Edge recommended)
- Check if WebRTC is blocked by your network
- Try connecting from a different network
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere with WebRTC
- Allow camera and microphone permissions if prompted
Some corporate or university networks may block WebRTC connections. Try using a personal hotspot if available.
Authentication Failures
